Be Grateful for failure

Being grateful for failure might sound like an odd thing to say, but just because someone has failed at something doesn't make them a failure. That word is used to hurt people or run them down and make them think they won't amount to anything. When in actual fact it can make you stronger because you learn from your mistakes. You can then decide not to do X or Y again, and you can understand how to avoid doing so. Let's face it the person who says they've never made a mistake isn't telling the truth. Probably the strongest country in Europe is Germany, and why, because they are a proud nation who have come through challenges and mistakes determined not to go there again. They know the importance of hard work and holding onto their manufacturing base. Something others are learning the hard way. So be grateful for the lessons that failure teaches you.
