As a member of the daddy day care club, I am really grateful to my significantly better half for bringing in a monthly salary. May has been a long month; as it is one of those dreaded 5 week months.
With the result that I have strived to find ways in which I can contribute. I got the feeling that I would do anything to bring in some regular money. It was pointed out to me that whilst this was admirable, in the long run it would not be good for me.
So looking at other things in my determination to provide has meant that I have made mistakes. I appreaciate that eveyone makes mistakes. I might not have made these mistakes if I had a regular pay day. So if you have one, no matter how small, be gratefule for it.
One way you could supplement it would be to visit Blogging to the Bank to learn how to earn money from doing this, and who know it could turn out to be your main source of income.
Now please don't get me wrong. Looking after my kids is rewarding in so many non financial ways, and it is an experience that I am enjoying and while always look back on and be glad that I did it. I always want more for them whether it is just a visit to Legoland or a holiday in France. This is why I strive to find ways to provide them with more.
