Every successful person is good at dealing with failure
Every person who has succeeded is able to deal with failure by learning from it. As Rudyard Kipling said "If you can meet with triumph and disaster, and treat these two imposter just the same then you are a man". A good example would be Boris Becker who when he lost Wimbeledon, said "Never mind, I'll probably win it next year", and he did.
You might not have a Dynamic Six Pack but you can do something about it.
A teacher of mine used to say there is no such thing as can't, you can must and will. So be grateful for your imperfections,. learn from them and may be they can become strengths in time.
