Be grateful for your failings
In nearly every interview I have ever had I have been asked so what are your weaknesses? A difficult question since you want to portray yourself as perfect for the job.
Yet the interviewer expects you to have some and we all do. Whether you want to admit it though is another matter.
The weaknesses you give at an interview are what all failings are, areas for development. We all have failings, goodness only knows I have a few, and a lot I am not proud of; but by knowing them they stop you being arrogant. We can all improve the way we are and the way we interact with those around us.
So be grateful for your failing and embrace them. We can all improve and possibly self-improvement is the best way.
