Setting up with little or no capital

I have just listened on BBC iplayer to a great programme called When Mums Mean Business. Gillian Marles talks to a lady called Erica Douglas, who has proved that when you find yourself looking after kids you can set up a successful business without a large investment. She has set up a successful online business starting with a blog. It is a very encouraging and inspiring interview and well worth a listen. Given the state of the economy, and in spite of what the papers say about some parts coming out of recession, there are a lot of people in the position of having to look after kids due to redundancy.
