Nothing is insurmountable
If the will is there, then nothing is insurmountable.
I mean they conquered Everest, and now there are people climbing it everyday. It is still very dangerous and people die in the attempt, but if they are careful and well trained they stand just as good a chance as everyone else.
So when things don't go not quite to plan, resist doing what I sometimes feel like doing when I am so short of sleep thanks to the kids; think you are the failure.
Be grateful for the challenge and for the set back. It will make you stronger. Just maybe you have to get some advice as to how to go forward. When you are ready and willing to ask for advice it can come from an unexpected quarter; but by being grateful for the set back you will be ready to accept what you are told.
I gave my wife a journal that I had been keeping all year that I called my Gratitude Book. In it I wrote something that I appreciated her doing every day. When I gave it to her she laughed at some of the things I had written. This wasn't the reaction I was expecting; but it had the desired effect in a way that she admired me for sticking with the task and it put a smile on her face, as she could she I had looked for a positive in every day. So our love for each other is stronger now.
By sticking to the task you have in hand, looking for the positive, and being grateful (even when it is hard) for the odd setback you can overcome the challenges you face.
