Be grateful for big days

Yesterday I went for a run in the rain with a great person, who got me to run further and better up a hill than I thought I could. It was great to talk to him about the busy day that I had coming up today. When you have a busy day it can mean that the day goes faster and it forces you to do things that you have been putting off; just to make the day go smoother. Talking to someone like my running companion, can really help you to sort things out in your head and work out a logical plan for how you are going to get through everything you have to do. One of the things I was anxious about was how I was going to keep the kids quiet whilst I had a meeting. Whilst running I came up with the solution, get the other people in the meeting to bring their kids to my house. As they are all friends, problem solved all round. Just goes to prove that running and excercise is good for the brain. The run also inspired me, in an funny way, to make the most of the brilliant marketing tool that is MLSP.. This is a truly awesome marketing programme with great hints and tips to help you make the most of your efforts. My busy day has got off to a great start and I am looking forward to the rest of it. In particular I am looking forward to giving my wife the gratitude journal I have been keeping every day for the last year. I hope your day goes as well. Carpe Diem.
