To always look on the bright side of life means being grateful for time

I love the film The Life of Brian and among many parts that stick in my memory, that fabulous song at the end Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life. In this economy it is hard to find the bright side of life, but if you are to avoid depression it's important to do what you can to find it. One way is to be grateful for the time you have. This means being grateful for the time you get to; spend with your kids, your other half, playing sport, volunteering, at work, or developing a new skill. In the case of spending time with your kids this is precious, unrepeatable time. It is time that will pay dividends in the future; when you need them. A lot of activities you spend time on will pay dividends in time. So by being grateful for these moments now can help you appreciate them, and this in turn can help you with your self confidence and self esteem. When you have good self esteem you believe that you can do whatever you want to. For example if you want to build a business in pockets of time you'll find a way. A good place to start is by visiting my website. There is really good advice out there, and whilst I am not saying that I know everything about starting a business; I don't. The information on my site is based on the experiences I have had as I try to do build a business round my commitments. With the added aim of pointing like minded people in the right direction for more professional advice. I hope you find it useful. Another source you might find useful is the free ebook business brains. It is possible to build a business round committments as can be seen from Ace Inspire. This can also be case if one of your committments is a full time job. Nowadays more and more people are having portfolio jobs and careers to make ends meet. In time your part time business could become a full time career. Alternatively it could teach you valuable skills that make you more valueable to your employer. So be grateful for the time you have and use this gratitude to stay patient. By staying patient and calm you could achieve more, and this might mean you earn more money. Whether money is the objective or not, it can help you look on the bright side
