Escaping the curved ball
Sometimes life throws you a curved ball and things seem very dark indeed. When this happens it can be hard to keep your chin up and maintain your self esteem. The last few years for me have been like this. The only way I have got through it is due to the support and help of those near me.
Their support has been fantastic, and I am very grateful for it. I like to let them know from time to time how grateful I am and that helps to give me a bit of self worth. It has also driven me on to do things like take up a job that might not have fitted in my life plan, nor will it get me a nice car; but will help me contribute to providing for my family.
To provide for your family is a driver that a lot of people use to get themselves away from the curved ball that has knocked them off track. After all a kids life should be relaxed, playful and generally full of fun. They will have plenty of time to worry later in life. So supporting them as they enjoy learning through school and play is a great driver to get be determined to get your life back on track.
Using gratitude for the small things, and being prepared to rebuild by starting somewhere you didn't think you'd go will help you do that. This will help you build your self esteerm and get you the respect of others for doing so.
