Free gratitude

We all like something for nothing, which is why we apprecaite it when someone says thank you to us. The French word for free is like the english gratitude in that it is gratuit. Good manners are free and it can mean a lot when someone does something for you at no cost. So by saying thank you in return it is a simple way of returning the favour. This is why in the current climate more and more companies are looking for ways to thank their customers. Whilst loyalty cards are increasing coming under scrutiny for the value of the rewards they offer. Cashback schemes such as those offered by Utility Warehouse and Spinglo can be more rewarding, as they give you something back everytime you spend money with retailers you would be using anyway.
