Grateful for a warm hearth

Is there any truth in the saying cold hands, warm heart? Well I am not sure, because when you shake someones' hand and it is cold it is slightly off putting. There is nothing better than warming your hands, or legs by standing in front of blazing fire. The power of a wood or coal burning stove to heat up a room is amazing, particularly if it has beeen well set. With the price of fuel and energy the less you have to use the better, and warming your house with a stove is a great way to do this. Alright you are using natural resources such as wood and coal; but in the case of wood you can do something this fairly inexpensively by planting a tree. If you meet someone that you want think you might like to tie the knot with, then sharing an evening infront of a roaring fire is a good way to get to know them and possibly propose. Once settled a good way to keep the flame burning in your relationship is to have date nights, and where better than infront of a roaring wood burner. As well as kindling the romance to keep it burning, you can heat your home in a fuel efficient manner. There have been so many advances in stove technology that mean using your stove can have the added affect of heating your radiators and water; as well as being something great to look at and snuggle up in front of.
